Accessories | 196s Pink Saucer Round Disc Fascinator Hat 。Stylish light pink vintage hat with polka dot tulle and two bows at each side. Two matching hat pins. Inside is a mesh material. The hat has two metal hooks at each side and comes with two matching hat pins for stability I pulled down the hat on myself and just barely fit in the inner hat but enough to stay. I did not attend to use hat pins. My head measures 22 inches around and the inner hat measures 20. Very good condition except the inside looks like it has paint.
